A first-floor Victorian maisonette, bought at auction and taken back to brick.
The Project
Rebuilt from the brick out.
Knoll Road came out of the auction room, a first-floor flat in a Victorian terrace that was sound in its bones and failing everywhere else. Every service, every surface and every stick of joinery is new, and the plan was redrawn so the flat lives as one connected space. One palette runs throughout, with a single deep note per room: inky blue in the kitchen, glazed green in the bath.
